Ethan turned one year old on May 5
th! We had his birthday party on the 3rd (the weekend before his actual birthday) at Tom and Carol's house. The weather was gorgeous so we got to have the party outside, which was great because Ethan made a big mess with his cake! We had a

e Mayo theme for his birthday food, serving a Nacho Bar accompanied by Jalapeno Poppers, Corn Cakes, and
Quesidilla Swirls. I made the cake myself, it was in the shape of a 1 and had ETHAN down the center. Ethan had so many friends come and celebrate with him, we had a great time!
